    • Inability to generate future trends: The use of the ChatGPT cannot be made for the prediction of future trends or developments or for providing information for future trends in different industries. Use of this platform cannot develop content that can portray future forecast-based information to the market or a business. 
  • Potential for Errors: ChatGPT does not work as a search engine yet and hence, cannot make its searches through the internet to generate information. It can only produce content or provide information based on the amount of data it has been fed on. This may lead to the generation of potential errors and thereby not provide accurate information to the users. 
  • Possibility of Bias Answers: information that users can acquire needs to ensure that it does not include any sort of biases. However, considering ChatGPT only provides information based on the kind of data input that has been endured, the danger of potential bias is high. Accordingly, business leaders should be able to identify and be aware of these biases and need to be vigilant in monitoring the kind of information the chatbot can produce in responding to customers’ questions.
